Tavis Scholz

Tavis Scholz has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Tavis began their career at United Airlines, where they worked as a Corporate Trainer from 1997 to 2004. Following this, they worked at Studio Express Design as the Owner from 2005 to 2006. Tavis then joined Schwartz Brothers Restaurants as a Corporate Manager from 2006 to 2009. Tavis then transitioned to MW Photography, where they served as the Business Development Director from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at the Refugee Youth Project - IRC/BCCC from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they joined Pepper Palace, Inc, where they held various roles including Regional Manager from 2014 to 2015, National Sales and Recruitment Manager from 2015 to 2016, Sales Director from 2016 to 2019, and currently serves as the VP of Sales.
