Or Tomer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2009, Or worked for The Israeli Knesset as a Parliamentary Advisor and later as a Lobbyist, ending in 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Or served as the National Director of Education for the Israeli-American Council (IAC).

Or then transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Maalot tarshiha for one year from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Or joined SysAid Technologies Ltd., first as a Customer Success Manager, then as a Customer Success Team Lead, and finally as a Growth Account Executive until 2021.

Since 2021, Or has been the Global Director of Customer Success at Pepperi - B2B Sales Platform for Brands & Wholesale Distributors.

Additionally, Or is the current owner of AYA Consulting Co. LTD as of 2022.

Or Tomer earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Open University of Israel, which they attended from 2007 to 2010.
