We are looking for a strong courageous and ambitious head of growth in Central Africa to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES As the head of growth for Central Africa, the role will involve leading the development and implementation of growth strategies for this particular region. Drive revenue growth for the company. • Developing and executing growth strategies Identifying and executing growth to expand the company’s presence in Central Africa. • Developing new products, and entering new markets. • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to stay up to date with the latest market trends and identifying new growth opportunities for the company • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify areas of potential growth. • Building and managing teams, experts, hiring training, and managing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals • Collaborating with other departments, marketing sales, and product development to ensure that growth strategies are aligned with overall business objectives • Tracking and reporting on key metrics related to growth such as revenue, and client acquisition retention rates. Using data, you will inform future growth strategies and make data-driven decisions. • Critically driving the company’s growth in this important region. You will need to be a strategic thinker, data-driven, and build and manage a team to achieve results • Actively assist the accounting team by leading a functional variance analysis to both budget and forecast • Prepare, distribute, and present monthly KPI reviews to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management teams • Work closely with payments and tax teams to support subscription funnel and transaction cost optimization at the market level. • Write business and product requirements in sufficient detail to evaluate, build and market compelling experiences • Help coordinate with external and internal partners on upcoming product releases. • Strong understanding of the current industry and financial markets REQUIREMENT SKILLS

• Industry experience 5+ years • You should be able to think strategically, • analyze market trends and data and develop effective growth strategies. • Should have strong business acumen and be able to align growth strategies with overall business objectives • You should be data-driven and able to make decisions based on data and insights • Should have experience in analyzing and interpreting data to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions • The head of growth should be an excellent leader who can build and manage a team of growth experts. • Should have experience in hiring, training, and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives. • Should be able to collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development. they should have strong communication and interpersonal skill and build relationships and work cross-functionally to achieve growth objectives. • Should be culturally aware and sensitive to the diverse cultural and social norms of the region. They should have experience in working with teams and clients from different cultural backgrounds and be able to adapt their strategies accordingly • Should be fluent in relevant languages spoken in the region. This will enable effective communication with local teams, clients, stakeholders, and partners • Should have industry experience, strategic thinking, data analysis decision-making skills leadership and team management experience, cross-functional collaboration skills cultural awareness, and language fluency
