Chema Palomo

Chema Palomo is currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness for LATAM at PepsiCo, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Chema held the role of Global Senior Vice President for Culture, Talent & Development at Danone from March 2022 to December 2023. Chema's extensive background includes positions at Banco Santander as Group Vice President for Global Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and DEI, and earlier roles at Janssen, CEMEX, LVMH, Venture Consulting, and Deloitte. Chema's educational credentials include dual MBAs from the London Business School and China Europe International Business School, a Master in Digital Business from The Valley Business & Tech School, and a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
