Serkan Yilmaz

Serkan Yilmaz is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology management and digital transformation, currently serving as IT Director at PepsiCo since December 2007. In this role, Serkan has led significant projects, including the major ERP transformation for the company's Snacks and Beverage businesses, and has developed deep expertise in business processes across HR, Finance, and Commercial sectors. Prior experience includes being a Technology Manager at Mey Diageo and JTI, where Serkan oversaw IT infrastructure and team management. Additionally, early career roles included Systems Engineer at TOTAL and Saudico Electronic Systems, as well as Special Projects Manager at ESBANK T.A.Ş., where project management skills were honed. Serkan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 1994.
