Wenjie Hu

Wenjie Hu is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Technology at PepsiCo since July 2007. Prior to this role, Wenjie Hu worked as a Process Design Lead in the Cheese Division at Kraft Foods from September 2003 to July 2007 and served as a Research Scientist/Project Manager at Nestle from November 1996 to September 2003. Wenjie Hu holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 1996, and has a master's degree in Engineering Thermophysics from the University of Science and Technology of China, obtained in 1991, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, earned in 1988.
