Kate Hammar

Kate is responsible for developing Per Ardua’s Real Estate search capability.

Prior to joining the firm, she previously spent seven years with an international Real Estate search firm, Sousou Partners, where she was a Managing Partner working across a number of functions in Real Estate including Private Equity, Investment Management, Capital Raising and Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Debt and Development across Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Sousou Partners Kate worked for Russell Reynolds Associates as a member of the Global Banking & Markets practice. She began her career at a financial services boutique, providing research and execution.

Kate holds a Joint Honours BSc (Hons) in Statistics & Psychology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
