Dennis Parker

Dennis Parker serves as the Vice President of Space Ground Solutions at Peraton, overseeing the integration of comprehensive space ground solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) clients. As the Owner and President of Raptor Enterprises, LLC, Dennis provides consulting services focused on program management, business development, and governmental affairs. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Advanced Solutions at CACI International Inc., where Dennis led a large team dedicated to electronic warfare and intelligence systems, and multiple positions within the United States Air Force, including Program Director for a joint National Reconnaissance Office and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency initiative. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
