Maxime J.

Maxime J. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Signals Officer in the Canadian Forces, where they gained experience in computer forensics, IT security, satellite communication operations, network infrastructure management, information systems security, and support for international missions communications.

After leaving the military, Maxime worked as an Application Engineer at Schneider Electric before transitioning to a role as a Full Stack Developer at eBenefits BV.

They then joined Clinical Graphics BV as a Software Engineer and later moved to Element AI, where they worked as a Backend Developer and later as a Backend Lead Developer. At Element AI, Maxime was responsible for backend software development and architecture, DevOps, integration with AI solutions and micro-services, and the architecture of scalable backend using cloud-based infrastructure.

Following their time at Element AI, Maxime joined My Intelligent Machines as an R&D Developer, focusing on optimizing batch processing pipelines, refactoring Python code, and developing a custom graph library and file format.

Currently, Maxime is working as a Full Stack Engineer at Perceiv AI.

Maxime J. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada between the years 2002 and 2006. Following this undergraduate program, they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University of Ottawa from 2008 to 2012.
