Brian Shumaker

Brian Shumaker currently serves as the Global Director of Learning Delivery at Percepta, where leadership involves guiding a global team to create exceptional learning experiences through adult learning principles and technology. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at Sitel Group, culminating in the role of Client Director for Learning Services, where responsibilities included managing the EXP+ CX Learning account and developing digital learning services. Additional experience includes roles in instructional design and editorial development at Agate Publishing, McGraw-Hill Education, and Career Education Corporation. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
