Jessica Schwab is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations and data management. Currently serving as Director of Product Operations at Perceptyx since May 2019, Jessica leads a team of senior technical experts to implement transformational solutions within Professional Services. Prior roles include Senior Data Manager at Perceptyx, where Jessica supervised the European data management team and facilitated high-value customer engagements, as well as positions at IBM as Solutions Expert and Project Manager. Additionally, Jessica's background includes roles at NRC Health as Research Analyst and Data Analyst, and at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as Data Collection Manager and Research Assistant.
