Laura Davies is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Perceptyx since August 2023, Laura previously held the same title at Humu, a Perceptyx Company, from September 2021 to August 2023. Laura's background includes a role as Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, where support was provided to Professional Services customers in their cloud initiatives.
