Kelly Maguire, MSHRD, SHRM-CP has a diverse and comprehensive work experience. Currently, they hold the position of People Programs Manager at Perch, a role they have been in since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Programs Senior Associate at Perch from March 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Perch, Kelly worked as a Senior Talent Associate at Perch from June 2021 to March 2022.

Prior to their master's degree, Kelly completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Communication Studies, from Villanova University. Kelly attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
