Laczy Frazee has worked in the customer service and customer success industry since 2000. In 2000, they began as an Assistant General Manager at Wellesley Inn and Suites, where they were responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and handling a high volume of phone calls. Laczy was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2004 and was responsible for daily administrative duties, such as audit packs, cash reconciliation and daily deposits. In 2005, they moved to Hilton Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant General Manager. In 2008, they began working as an Account Manager at Multi-Systems Inc., where they exceeded sales goals annually and created accurate pipelines and executed accurate sales proposals and contacts. In 2012, they moved to Allstate Benefits as a National Account Manager, where they worked with HR and employment benefit teams to ensure their employee benefits were accurate and up to date. In 2013, they began working at Swiftpage- Saleslogix- Now Infor CRM as a Client Account Manager, where their primary responsibility was to oversee the existing renewal team. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Customer Success and Onboarding and was responsible for managing and shaping the Customer Success Team. In 2020, they moved to iFit as the Director of Onboarding, where they committed to helping users get the most out of their experience from day one. Currently, Laczy Frazee is the Manager of Customer Success at Perchwell, where they oversee customer onboarding, support and customer success functions.

Laczy Frazee attended Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication, General. They also have a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER, obtained in January 2022.
