Naina Bagai

Naina Bagai has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment field. Naina began their career in 2000 as a Technical Recruiter at Xilinx Inc., where they managed a requisition load of 45 positions across multiple disciplines. In 2002, they moved to MarketFirst as a Senior Technical Recruiter and provided onsite staffing support for Software Developers, QA Engineers, Marketing and Sales positions. In 2004, they joined Taos as a Senior Technical Recruiter, providing staffing support for clients such as Applied Materials, Apple and Barclays Global Investors. Naina then moved to Indosys Corporation in 2005, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in filling tough positions with specialized requirements. In 2011, Naina worked as an Employee Health Nurse at Sutter Health, assessing employees who report work-related injuries and referring to appropriate health care providers if medical treatment is needed. Finally, they joined Zenith Talent in 2012 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, developing client relations, and managing stakeholder expectations. Most recently, they began working at Perchwell in 2022 as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Naina Bagai obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Minnesota in 2004. In 2010, they received a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from California State University, Fresno. Naina then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing (Focus: Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Critical Care) from California State University, Fresno in 2012.
