Adam Baer

Adam Baer is an accomplished professional in emergency medical services and law enforcement with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Lead Paramedic Instructor at PERCOMOnline Inc. since February 2024, Adam also holds the position of EMS Quality Assurance Quality Improvement Specialist and Paramedic at Allegiance Mobile Health since December 2020. Previous roles include Paramedic at American Medical Response from June 2020 to July 2024, and Paramedic at JPS Health Network from January 2019 to December 2020. Adam's career also includes significant experience as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from August 2015 to June 2018 and as a Sergeant / 68W Medic in the US Army from January 2009 to January 2017. Additionally, Adam served as Director of Training at Baer Training Solutions from July 2011 to August 2015. Adam holds degrees from Columbia Southern University (2021-2023) and PERCOM (2017-2019).
