Louis Hannecart

Louis Hannecart has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on operations and management. Louis worked at Perenco starting in 2005, where they held various roles including Operations Manager for Perenco Gabon and Managing Director for Perenco Tunisia. During their time with Perenco, they oversaw the growth and development of the company's subsidiaries, negotiated license extensions and exploration licenses, and implemented strategic initiatives to adapt to changing market conditions. In 2014, Louis joined Saipem as an Installation Engineer, working on deepwater projects. Louis then returned to Perenco in 2016 as Managing Director for Perenco Congo, where they doubled production and successfully integrated acquired assets. Currently, they serve as a Business Development Manager at Perenco.

Louis Hannecart attended École Polytechnique from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Applied Economics. Louis then enrolled at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech from 2000 to 2002, earning a degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to these institutions, they also attended Prytanée militaire de la Flèche for Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (CPGE), and Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin, although the specific years and degrees obtained from these schools are unknown.
