Richard Philpott Chartered MCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Richard started their career at May Gurney in 2003, where they worked as a Learning and Development Supervisor until 2009. In 2009, they joined Perenco and held various roles within the company. Richard initially served as an HR Advisor focusing on Learning and Development until 2015. Richard then progressed to the position of HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2017, followed by HR Manager from 2017 to 2022. Currently, Richard is serving as the HR & Administration Manager at Perenco.
