Jim Collins

Jim Collins has had an extensive career in the restaurant and technology industries. In 2021, they began working with Perfect Company as President, providing fresh and creative solutions to problems restaurants have been trying to solve for years. From 2015 to 2017, they were Owner of Town, a 100-seat New American restaurant with a full bar.
