Alexis Withers

Alexis Withers is a seasoned brand manager and logistics professional with extensive experience in operations and innovation within the food and snack sectors. At Perfect Snacks since January 2021, Alexis has progressed through roles including Brand Manager, Innovation, Senior Associate Brand Manager, and eCommerce Operations Manager. Prior experience at Mondelēz International from May 2017 to January 2021 involved logistics supervision, including overseeing a 40,000+ square foot warehouse and fleet operations, managing a team of over 25 employees, and improving key performance indicators through strategic management and process enhancements. Alexis also served as a Sales and Retail Intern, gaining insights into supply chain and customer relationship management. Leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as the Collegiate Chapter President of Tri Delta, which included budget oversight and serving as a liaison with various stakeholders. Educational credentials include a degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
