Kristy McDonough has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kristy started their career in 2017 as a Hospitality Consultant and Project Manager at Kristy McDonough Consulting. In this role, they focused on helping clients navigate the world of events and catering by building systems for success and streamlining operations. Kristy also had a track record of successfully getting establishments in front of the right people to create new revenue streams.

After working at their own consulting firm for four years, Kristy joined Freeman Company in 2021 as a Client Solutions Manager. In this role, they provided solutions and support to clients, leveraging their expertise in the hospitality industry. Kristy worked at Freeman Company until 2022.

Currently, Kristy holds the position of Operations Lead at Perfect Venue from December 2022.

Kristy McDonough holds a Master's of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Lesley University.
