Sylwia Ilona Borycka

Sylwia Ilona Borycka has a diverse range of work experience. Sylwia Ilona started their career at GMC Sp. z o.o. in 2016 as a Trainee in the Sales & Marketing Department and later became an Assistant Manager in the same department. In 2017, they worked as a Trainee in the Research Department at Centrum Nauki Kopernik. Sylwia Ilona then joined ZwalczNude.pl in 2018 as a New Business Specialist. In 2019, they returned to PerfectBot, where they initially worked as a Trainee and then progressed to the role of Junior Chatbot Designer. Sylwia Ilona currently holds the position of Chatbot Designer at PerfectBot, which they started in 2020.

Sylwia Ilona Borycka's education history begins in 2015 when they enrolled in Kozminski University to pursue a Bachelor's degree. Sylwia Ilona completed their studies in 2018 with a degree in Psychology in management. In 2018, they furthered their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Management in virtual environment, which they completed in 2020.

As part of their educational journey, Sylwia had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge by participating in a Student Exchange program in 2019. During this time, they attended Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sylwia has obtained various certifications. In July 2019, they obtained a certification in UX for Voice: Planning and Implementation from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in March 2018, they achieved the FCE certification from Cambridge Assessment English, and in May 2017, they obtained the BULATS certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
