Francisco Tello

Francisco (Paco) Tello has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Production Planning role in 1995. Francisco (Paco) then worked as a Process Engineer at Condumex from 1997 to 1999. Francisco (Paco) joined Mars in 1999 and held various roles such as Production Shift Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, Shift Manager/HPP Leader, Value Stream Manager, Plant Manager, and Plant Director until 2018. Francisco (Paco) then moved to Perfetti Van Melle as the VP of Manufacturing & Engineering NA from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the VP of North America Operations. In 2021, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.

From 1993 to 1996, Francisco (Paco) Tello studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad del Valle de México.
