Diana Oprean is a highly experienced software engineering and delivery manager with a strong background in leading technical programs and teams. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at TechQuarter since October 2022 and as a Delivery Manager at SMEDIX Inc since February 2021, Diana excels in reviewing customer Statements of Work and coordinating delivery activities while fostering positive client relationships. Previously, as a Technical Program Manager at Aera Technology, Diana led multiple scrum teams, enhanced cross-functional collaboration, and ensured timely, high-quality releases.
