Jennifer is also the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Rosie's Workshop, overseeing customer and employee experience strategies. Previously, Jennifer owned iKoss Consulting, specializing in management consulting and process improvement. Jennifer's educational background includes an MS in Computer Education and a BS in Business with a Concentration in Marketing.
