Sartaj Garewal

Sartaj Garewal has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Sartaj began their career in 1997 as a Financial Analyst at Baring Asset Management. In 1999, they became a Professional Actor & Voice Artist, performing at National Theatre, Royal Court, Royal Exchange, Bush Theatre, and Leicester Curve. In 2003, they worked through various consultancies, utilizing theatre skills for business, such as speaker support, giving feedback, practicing tough conversations, personal impact, storytelling, interview technique, negotiation, and crisis management. In 2010, they founded Dynamic Presenting. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant at HIGH IMPACT EUROPE. In 2021, they became a Lead Facilitator & Coach at Performance of a Lifetime. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Leadership Development Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Sartaj Garewal has a BA(Hons) Accounting & Finance from the University of the West of England and previously attended Grittleton House School. Sartaj has also obtained two certifications, Full Member from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in August 2022 and International Coaching Federation from the International Coaching Federation in August 2022.
