Bjorn Hofman

Bjorn Hofman is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various companies, particularly within portfolio firms of New Mountain Capital. Currently serving as Executive Advisor at PerkinElmer, Inc. and as a member of the Board of Directors for both Ascensus Specialties and Vytalogy Wellness, Hofman also holds a Senior Advisor position at New Mountain Capital. Prior experience includes Executive Chairman and Board Member at ILC Dover, along with board membership at Zep Inc. and operational leadership as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Avantor. Hofman's earlier career includes senior roles at Merck Group, Celanese, and Honeywell International. Hofman earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
