Mike Teti

Mike Teti has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Global Mechanical Engineering Lead at PerkinElmer, Inc. Mike joined the company in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Axsus from March 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for creating 3-D models, Bill of Materials, and drawings, as well as conducting failure analysis and optimizing designs for cost reduction. Before that, Mike was a Mechanical Engineer at X-MatiK Inc from August 2018 to January 2019, where they designed enclosures and shields using Solidworks. Mike also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto from September 2015 to April 2017 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ryerson University from May 2014 to April 2015.

Mike Teti obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, graduating in 2015. Mike then pursued a Master of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, completing it in 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mike Teti also obtained several certifications including "Develop your leadership potential" and "Time Management" from Dale Carnegie Training in 2023 and 2022 respectively. Mike also obtained certifications in "Transforming Customer Complaints into Opportunities" from Dale Carnegie Training and "SolidWorks Composer" and "Administering SOLIDWORKS PDM Pro" from Dassault Systèmes, all in 2022.
