Matt Oshinsky

Matt Oshinsky is a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP, where Matt serves as the Firmwide Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Practice. With over two decades of experience, Matt specializes in guiding venture-backed technology start-ups through critical legal and business milestones. Prior to joining Perkins Coie in August 2018, Matt held partner positions at DLA Piper and Reed Smith LLP, and practiced as an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Venture Law Group. Matt's early career included roles at the US Agency for International Development and The White House, along with involvement in the Clinton Gore Campaign. Matt earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in History from Yale University.
