Valeria Bystrowicz

Valeria Bystrowicz has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Valeria started their career as a Law Clerk at Littlepage & Associates, P.C. in 2000, where they drafted legal documents and assisted with civil litigation cases. Valeria then worked as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving as legal counsel for the Labor and Social Security Department. Valeria conducted due diligence, drafted reports, and researched various legal areas.

In 2003, Valeria worked as an Assistant in the Securities and Investment Department of The Laredo National Bank. Valeria gained experience in the financial sector during this time.

Valeria later joined the District Attorney's Office in Laguna Niguel, California as a Law Intern in 2004. Valeria conducted legal research, drafted documents, and participated in pre-trial and trial hearings.

Valeria's career then took their to Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where they worked as an Associate from 2006 to 2009. Valeria specialized in the acquisition, development, financing, and operation of real estate projects, particularly in Latin America. Valeria also focused on regulatory compliance, partnership structuring, and joint ventures.

In 2010, Valeria returned to Greenberg Traurig, LLP as an Attorney specializing in real estate projects in Latin America. Valeria worked on designing, structuring, and financing resort and recreational real estate projects, as well as other vacation ownership programs.

Valeria gained experience in international entrepreneurship and venture scaling as the Director of Investors Relations at Sausalito Ventures, LLC from 2013 to 2014. Valeria assisted early-growth ventures from emerging countries in scaling up and accessing global markets.

From 2014 to 2016, Valeria worked as an Associate Attorney at Goodwin, where they advised emerging companies and large public company clients in the Technology Companies Group and Capital Markets. Valeria drafted and negotiated various agreements, including equity and debt documents.

Most recently, Valeria joined Perkins Coie LLP in 2016. Valeria initially worked as a Senior Attorney before becoming an Attorney/Business Director in 2021. Their role involves advising clients and managing business operations.
