Madhuri Kumar, Ph.D., serves as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management at ChampionX, where responsibilities include overseeing talent processes for over 7,000 employees across 40 countries, while also re-establishing the center's structure to meet business demands. Additionally, Madhuri holds board positions with Avenue 360 Health and Wellness and Chief, a network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent & Culture at Signify Health, where Madhuri developed key human capital functions, and a significant change management role at Halliburton, contributing to a major merger integration strategy.
