Andy Savage

Andy Savage has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Andy worked as the Group VP Human Resources & Talent Management at Permira, where they were responsible for integrating three large healthcare providers across Europe, US & Middle East. Andy also developed the HR strategy to support rapid growth and was involved in key M&A activities. Prior to Permira, Andy served as the SVP Global Human Resources at Albany International Corp., CHRO - Interim at Hyva Group, and Global VP HR Leica-Microsystems Group at Danaher, where they built leadership teams and implemented various global HR programs. Andy also gained international HR experience as the International HR Director at The Timken Company and HR Director EMEA at General Mills.

From 1983 to 1986, Andy Savage attended the University of Southampton, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts honors degree with a second-class upper division (2:1) in History and French.
