Dara Lyne

Dara Lyne has extensive experience in IT commercial and vendor management, with a particular focus on integration and separation programs in the insurance and financial services industries. At Perpetual Limited, they served as the Integration Procurement Lead, responsible for the procurement and vendor strategy for a major integration program. Prior to that, at TAL Australia, they managed technology aspects of transitional services agreements and oversaw the IT commercial and vendor management for several acquisition and integration programs. Earlier in their career at Macquarie Group, they held various roles, including Director of IT Vendor Management and Head of Sourcing and Vendor Management, where they managed relationships with strategic suppliers and developed comprehensive renegotiation strategies. They also have experience as an IT project director at EDS Australia and as a production support manager at Commonwealth Bank.
