Arshya Dayal

Arshya Dayal has a diverse work experience in the field of research and strategy. In 2023, Arshya joined Perrett Laver as a Research Associate. Prior to that, in 2022, they worked as a Research Assistant at London Business School. Before that, in 2021, Arshya served as a Research Intern at Korn Ferry. In 2020, they had multiple roles as a Research Assistant at Ashoka University and as a Research Intern at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, in the same year, Arshya worked as an India Strategy Intern at Lumiere Education.

Arshya Dayal's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Lilavatibai Podar Sr Secondary School and earned their ICSE degree. They then moved on to R.N. Podar School from 2016 to 2018, where they completed their CBSE degree. After graduating from R.N. Podar School, Arshya Dayal attended Ashoka University from 2018 to 2021. They earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology during their time at Ashoka University. Currently, Arshya Dayal is pursuing a Master of Science in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology at King's College London starting in 2021.
