Molly Ward

Molly Ward has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Molly began their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Parke-Davis, where they detailed physicians, nurses, and healthcare workers on prescription drugs. Molly then transitioned to a role as a Scientist at Parke Davis, where they gained experience in microbiology, laboratory coordination, and validation. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst at EDS, followed by a role in Technical Operations at Caltech Industries.

In 2005, Molly joined Perrigo, where they held several positions over the years. Molly served as a Project Manager for new products, overseeing their execution from formulation to FDA registration and retail launch. Molly then took on the role of Director of Stage Gate, where they managed Perrigo's corporate governance process for new product commercialization. Molly was responsible for project management, reporting, and decision-making for an extensive product portfolio. Later, they became the Senior Director of Operations Transformation, leading Perrigo's global operations and supply chain transformation program. In this role, they facilitated organizational change efforts and executed key projects to enhance supply chain execution and manufacturing capabilities.

Currently, Molly is the Results Delivery Office - CSCA Lead at Perrigo, where they continue to drive results and support the company's objectives. Overall, their experience showcases strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Molly Ward received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from the University of Michigan in the period of 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Dwight D. Eisenhower.
