David Russell

David Russell is an Associate at Perry Law since September 2023, having previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from October 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from September 2018 to October 2022 and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee from February 2018 to August 2018. David Russell began as a Law Clerk at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from October 2017 to February 2018 and completed an internship with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of Principal Legal Advisor in the summer of 2015. Academically, David Russell holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School (2017), a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Russian from the University of Iowa (2009), and a post-graduate degree in Acting from the Moscow Art Theatre School (2009).
