Jason Martin

Jason Martin has a diverse work experience in the design field. Jason is currently the Head of Product Design at Personio, a position they started in July 2023. Before that, they worked at Google as a Design Lead from September 2019 to May 2023. Prior to that, Jason was the Director of Product Design at Namely from November 2017 to July 2019, where they built and led a team of designers, managers, and writers, and developed a new product vision for the company. Jason also served as the Group Creative Director at Huge from September 2016 to May 2017 and at Critical Mass from October 2014 to September 2016, where they oversaw creative teams and led digital projects for clients like Citibank. Jason worked at Huge for a significant duration, starting as an Associate Creative Director from December 2006 to August 2013, and later as a Creative Director from August 2013 to September 2014. Jason also has experience as a Graphic Designer/Art Director at Freelance from 2002 to 2007, a Web Designer at Site59 from January 2002 to August 2002, and a Designer at Underline/Context Studio from January 2000 to April 2001.

Jason Martin attended Pratt Institute from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a BFA in Communication Design. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they attended Syracuse University and studied Computer Science.
