Jennipher Pham has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jennipher is currently working as the Principal Talent Acquisition at Personio, where they focus on making HR processes more efficient and transparent. Previously, they worked as a Design Recruiter at eBay and as a Senior Recruiter & Lead at Meta. Jennipher also served as a Talent Partner for the Design organization at Dropbox and played a crucial role in scaling their teams. Before that, Jennipher worked at Facebook as a Design Recruiter and led a team of recruiters to attract top talent. Jennipher started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer and later worked at Arigo Design & Communication as a Graphic Designer. Throughout their career, Jennipher has consistently delivered on hiring goals and provided valuable support to hiring teams.
