Julian Scholze

Julian Scholze has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2015. Julian worked as an Associate Consultant at Heads! Executive Consultancy, where they focused on the Retail, Luxury, and Consumer Goods industry. In 2016, they joined Publicis Sapient and took on various roles, including Sourcing Lead DACH, Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist, and Customer Experience & Innovation Consultant/Product Owner. At Publicis Sapient, Julian was involved in strategy and product roles, consulting clients on CX, digital strategy, and innovation. Julian also led the sourcing capabilities for Publicis Sapient DACH and was responsible for recruiting executive and hard-to-fill roles. Since 2020, Julian has been working at Personio. Julian started as a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager and later took on the role of Team Lead Talent Acquisition and Senior Lead Talent Acquisition, covering product management, design, engineering, analytics, and executive search. Currently, Julian holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition, focusing on product and technology teams. Throughout their career, Julian has demonstrated leadership skills and a strong background in talent acquisition and strategy.
