Daniel Meixner

Daniel Meixner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Daniel joined Personio in 2022 as the Talent Sourcing Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Lufthansa Systems from 2019 to 2022, where they were the Head of Digital Talent Acquisition & Active Sourcing. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Head of Human Resources Asia/Pacific at Lufthansa Group. Before that, they worked at Lufthansa Cargo as the Manager of Human Resources Development, Transformation & Executives in Asia/Pacific & Middle East from 2013 to 2016. At Lufthansa, they held multiple positions, including Manager of People Development & Internal Communication Europe from 2011 to 2013 and Consultant of People Development & Internal Communication Europe from 2009 to 2011. Daniel started their career at AFS Intercultural Programs as a Programme Assistant from 2005 to 2006.

Daniel Meixner completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from the years 2006 to 2009. In 2008, they participated in a semester abroad at Massey University. Currently, in 2021, they are studying at the Intrinsify Academy - Future Leadership to become an Organisationsdesigner für agile Teams & Unternehmen.
