Michelle Glaze

Michelle Glaze has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle began their career in 2002 at The Walt Disney Company, where they held roles as a Financial Analyst and Financial Systems Analyst. In these positions, they developed audit tools, automated processes, and collaborated with database designers. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Principal Auditor at the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, overseeing audit findings and utilizing data analysis tools. Michelle also worked at the University of South Florida as a Student Athlete Accounting Tutor. In 2009, they joined Humana Insurance Company as a Database Analyst, where they conducted audits, researched payment accuracy, and validated claim results. Michelle then worked at Baptist Health from 2010 to 2016, first as a Financial Analyst II and later as a Programmer Analyst. Michelle transitioned to the education field in 2020, working as a Teacher at Duval County Public Schools until 2022. Michelle then briefly taught at Hamilton County High School. Michelle's most recent position is as an Integration Tool Developer at PERSOWN, starting in 2023. Michelle Glaze completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of South Florida from 2003 to 2004. Most recently, Michelle Glaze obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Chemistry from the University of North Florida, studying from 2016 to 2019.
