Elfira Utami Gultom has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Elfira Utami started their career as a Backend Engineer at WEEKEND Inc. from September 2016 to December 2017. Later, they joined Advotics - Supply Chain SaaS in January 2018, where they worked as a System Analyst/Project Manager until February 2021. During their tenure at Advotics, they also served as a Software Development Engineer from January 2018 to January 2019. In August 2021, they joined Merkle Innovation as a Project Manager, and they worked there until November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of AVP Delivery, Operation & Performance at Peruri Digital Security, PT, starting from September 2021.

Elfira Utami Gultom obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Del. Elfira Utami completed this degree program from 2011 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering from the same institution, from 2015 to 2016.
