Marie Lavigne

Marie Lavigne has a diverse work experience, starting from their most recent role as a Scrum Master at Petal in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Scrum Master at INEAT Canada from 2022 to 2023. Marie also held the position of Scrum Master at Desjardins from 2022 to 2023, where they played a key role in a technology migration project.

Before transitioning to a Scrum Master role, Marie worked at ExPretio Technologies as a Project & Account Manager from 2020 to 2022. During their time at ExPretio Technologies, they also served as a Scrum Master and Full-stack Developer from 2018 to 2020.

Prior to that, Marie worked as a Full-stack Web Developer at Sopra Steria from 2017 to 2018, where they maintained and evolved a CRM web application. Marie also gained experience as an IT Support/Business Analyst at NEOMA Business School in 2016 and as a Project Manager/Web Developer at WePetsitty in 2016.

Additionally, Marie has hands-on experience as an R&D intern at Invoke in 2015, where they contributed to the analysis and design of software packages. Marie began their work journey with internships at Crown Emballage France and Chaussures Eram in 2012 and 2008 respectively.

Marie Lavigne attended the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen from 2011 to 2017, where they studied Architecture des Systèmes d'Information. During their education, they did not obtain a specific degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Scrum with User Experience I certification from Scrum.org in December 2020. In October 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification, also from Scrum.org. Finally, in April 2023, they obtained the SAFe 6 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
