Christelle Naudet, PMP, has extensive experience in various roles within revenue operations, sales operations, commercial operations, and business development. Christelle has worked for companies such as Petal, Alithya, Stradigi AI, Xerox, and TransPerfect Translations. Some of their key achievements include redesigning and launching a new compensation plan, harmonizing the use of CRM, implementing new collaboration tools, establishing standardized sales processes and programs, leading CRM implementation and training, spearheading sales onboarding and training programs, and improving team efficiency. Christelle has also successfully managed partnerships, assessed new partnership opportunities, negotiated contracts, developed joint success planning and GTM strategies, and onboarded new partners, including Microsoft. Christelle also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI-Montreal, obtained in June 2018. Furthermore, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification from Xerox in 2011.
