Yaël Ricquebourg

Yaël Ricquebourg is an experienced leader in customer experience and nonprofit management. Currently, as VP of Customer Experience at Petal since May 2021, Yaël previously held various roles including Executive Director at Fondation PalliAmi, where the mission focused on providing compassionate end-of-life care.
