Elece Hempel

Elece Hempel is an experienced executive with a diverse background in nonprofit and community service leadership. Since April 2009, Elece has worked at the Petaluma People Services Center, serving as Executive Director and previously as Associate Executive Director and Community Resource Director. Additionally, Elece has held the position of President at the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce since July 2008. Earlier career roles include serving as Secretary for the Petaluma American Little League from 2005 to 2007 and Chief of Staff at Archipelago Asset Management, LLC from April 1999 to March 2004. Elece's early career included contributions to Indus International in the Office of the CEO from 1992 to 1999. Elece earned a degree from Washington State University between 1980 and 1983.
