Mary Ann Cristobal

Mary Ann Cristobal has over 20 years of work experience in the field of laboratory operations. Mary Ann began their career in 2001 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Scripps Health, where they were later promoted to Laboratory Supervisor in charge of 18 direct reports. In 2012, they moved to UC San Diego Health as a Laboratory Supervisor, where they managed 17 direct and 25 indirect reports. In 2013, they joined Sequenom Laboratories as a Laboratory Supervisor and Clinical Laboratory Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, performance evaluation, and training/development. In 2022, they began their current role as Associate Director of Lab Operations at PetDx.

Mary Ann Cristobal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Silliman University. Mary Ann also holds certifications as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist from Laboratory Field Services and as a Technologist in Microbiology (ASCP-M) from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
