Susan Cho Hicks has over 20 years of experience in laboratory operations. Susan Cho Hicks obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biology from Binghamton University in 1997. Susan then went on to earn their Master's degree in Leadership of Healthcare Organizations from UC San Diego in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Clinical Chemist Scientist, Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist, and Technologist in Molecular Biology from the State of California and the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
