People And Culture Lead at Peter Mac

Sandra Browne has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and people management. Sandra most recently served as the People and Culture Lead at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they held senior management positions at Commonwealth Bank, where they were involved in change and communications, talent and leadership, HR separation management, and policy management. Sandra also worked at National Australia Bank as a Senior Consultant, focusing on people policy. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Integration Project Manager at DPV Health, and in various roles at Bupa Australia & New Zealand, including policy, risk, workplace, and wellbeing, as well as HR business partnering. Sandra also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at FINEOS Corporation and was a Master of Business (HRM) Student at Swinburne University. Sandra Browne began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson Global Resources and HRM Group.

Sandra Browne completed their BSc in Communications at Trinity College Dublin from 1994 to 1999. Sandra then pursued a Master of Business degree in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Sandra attended Monash University and obtained a Master of Workplace and Employment Law.

In addition to their formal education, Sandra has also obtained several certifications. In July 2023, they became a Certified HR OD Practitioner from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Sandra completed a certification in Agile Project Management from RMIT University in July 2020, and in May 2019, they obtained a certification in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn.
