Violette Filipovic- de La Forest Divonne has a long and varied work experience. Violette began their career in 1995 as STOCK IMAGE with Image Bank, a leader on the photo market. In 2000, they moved to Netgem, where they were involved in a start-up, IPO, quick development in Europe (IT/ SP/ UK) and major restructuring. Violette then joined Smartbox Group in 2006 as DRH Groupe SMART&CO (SMARTBOX, WEEKENDESK, GAULTMILLAU, EUPHORIE, LAFOURCHETTE .COM). In 2012, they became HR Director with HR Director, Transition Management. Finally, in 2018, they took on the role of HR Director with Péters Surgical.

Violette Filipovic- de La Forest Divonne received an Executive Master in Human Ressources from ESSEC Business School in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a DECF (diploma in finance and accountancy) from ENC Bessieres, School for finance and accounting function between 1992 and 1994.
